Kolkata, March 30: In the time
when the filmmakers and distributors are talking about the decreasing number of
moviegoers due to piracy then director Kamaleswar Mukherjee tastes something
sweet. His ‘CHNADER PAHAD’ just crossed 100 days of screening in the INOX too.
People now days are suffering from recession but the so called high ranges
ticket of INOX’ can’t restrict people to board into single screens as well as
multiplexes for ‘CHNADER PAHAD’. Many of the trade pundits have their logic
behind it. Some are saying that the credit goes to Dev and his enormous
followers while on the other side some people talking about the direction of
Kamaleswar Mukherjee. Some people also have the point that the real hero is the
novel “CHNADER PAHAD” itself, because for it the Bangalis’ have a nostalgic
feeling. Anyway, now the fact is that, the costly most (15 Crore Approximately)
film of the Bengali film Industry have covered the making cost already and
established a unique benchmark for the upcoming movies of the future.
